Joanna Leonhardt

Joanna Leonhardt MS.Ed., BCBA, LBA received her Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from the University of Rhode Island. She received her Master of Science degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (Summa cum Laude) from St. Joseph’s University. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Connecticut in 2022, she is a certified Special Education teacher in Connecticut and has 11 years of experience working with individuals affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and other related disorders. Joanna started as a behavior therapist with Autism Behavioral Health in 2020 and signed on as a BCBA in 2022. She is extremely passionate about cross-cultural competency and disability advocacy. Joanna’s goal is to meet families where they are and support clients to foster independence.
